I got this box because I needed a good sized litterbox that was easy to clean with high sides since one of my cats sometimes does not squat and has overshot shorter walled boxes when leaving a deposit. I like the fact that the flip top lid can be omitted because my cat also doesn't seem to like fully enclosed boxes.

Very nice large litter box-good quality, solid construction. I have a chunky cat and he fits in just fine. He took to it immediately. There is some construction to get it all together but very simple. This would be great for a first time cat owner as it comes with everything you need including mat and sifter. The stainless steel is great for easy clean up and odor control. The lid folds back very easily making cleaning super easy. The price does seem a bit high but it will be the only litter box you'll ever need so worth the investment.

This litter box is more expensive than some, but it comes with some helpful stuff. There is a mat, the type that litter stays in so your cat doesn't track it everywhere. There is a roof that helps prevent additional litter scattering, and it attaches in a more secure, thoughtfully designed way than many other cheaper litter boxes. It came with a plastic scoop that seems well designed. The scoop hooks on to the side of the litter box. There was also a bag of little round pellets that neutralize odor. The bottom is stainless steel.

So this stainless steel cat litter box is pretty neat. At first it took me a minute to get the plastic top to attach to the metal bottom but once I did. It didn’t come apart unless it was with some elbow grease. It’s very light weight. Has a deodorizer compartment and you can refill it by adding a few drops of your favorite essential oils. The box doesn’t leak anywhere the stainless steel is. Easy to clean, easy to follow instructions. It also comes with a two layered mat which catches the kitty litter that falls from your cat’s paws while exiting the litter box. Then you can just dump out the mat. I feel like this catches more than just a flat mat with grooves. The size is decent, enough room for two small cats or one big one. We think it’s worth the price for sure, definitely recommended!

This litter box is fantastic. I really like the way the top opens for cleaning. The stainless steel is easy to clean and doesn't absorb the odors. I wasn't sure if my cats would use it with the door, so I didn't put it on, they adjusted to it right away. I would definitely recommend this litter box
