SHIPPING POLICY
Which countries do you ship to?
We sell all our products in the United States and Canada, Australia, Singapore, United Kingdom, and EU countries. 51 countries in total, and we are working to expand shipping to more countries in the near future!
Do I pay for shipping?
Except for select products where indicated, we offer free standard shipping to the 48 contiguous United States and also other countries and areas. For express shipping, we charge a $20 shipping fee. Where will my order be shipped from? All orders will be shipped from our warehouses in US in 1-2 business days after order placement.
What shipping partners do you use?
In the United States, USPS or FedEx will deliver your Gomexus products to your door from our warehouse. We work with different shipping carriers to ship orders to other countries.
How do I track my order?
Once you’ve placed your order, our products typically ship from our warehouse within 1-2 business days. Once a product has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number that you can use to follow your package as it makes its way to you.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
Lost: Wait 7–10 days after estimated arrival, then contact the carrier with your tracking. We'll make a claim and replace/refund as soon as possible.
Damaged: Photograph and email us within 7 days of opening— we'll cover return shipping and send a replacement (according to our Returns Policy).
Late: Check it first; over 10 days, contact us—we'll expedite or refund.
All returns are covered by our Warranty Policy on defective-covered products. Refunds to your initial payment method within 5–7 business days.

We're a fan of green pet care, so we ship in recyclable materials and carbon paw-print-reducing route-optimize. Every delivery plants a smile (and maybe a tree—stay tuned for what we're working on next)!
