This page explains where PalNests currently ships, how fast orders are processed, how delivery timing works, and where to get help if something goes wrong in transit.

Where We Ship

At this time, PalNests ships within the United States only.

Shipping is currently available for eligible non-remote U.S. addresses shown at checkout. If your address is outside our current service area, shipping may not be available at checkout.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24 hours of purchase.

During severe weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, or other force majeure events, processing may take longer.

Orders ship from our U.S. warehouse network across the East, Central, and West regions.

Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping for eligible non-remote U.S. addresses.

If expedited shipping is available for your order, the expedited shipping fee is $20.

Any final shipping charges will be shown at checkout before you place your order.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery times vary by destination, but most U.S. orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days after dispatch.

Remote or carrier-limited areas may require longer delivery times when service is available.

Track Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email. You can also check the latest shipping status on our Order Tracking page.

Lost, Delayed, Or Damaged Packages

If your package appears delayed, damaged, or lost, please contact support@palnests.com as soon as possible.

To help us resolve your case faster, include your order number, a short description of the issue, and photos if the package arrived damaged.

If the issue falls within our warranty or shipping responsibility, we will work with you on the next best solution.
