Warranty Coverage

Every Palnests product comes with a standard manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship under normal household use.

1-Year Limited Warranty:

Standard Stainless Steel Litter Box

2-Year Limited Warranty:

Smart Deodorization Litter Box

If you experience any issues during the warranty period, we’ll promptly send replacement parts free of charge to resolve the problem. Shipping costs for approved replacements are also covered by us.

Replacement Policy

If your issue cannot be resolved through replacement parts, we’ll replace your product with a brand-new unit at no cost to you.

We’ll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) label so you can send the original product back to us without any extra shipping fees.

Please note that if the product has been tampered with, modified, or disassembled, we regretfully cannot offer a replacement.

Obtaining Warranty Service

To initiate a warranty claim, simply reach out to our care team at support@palnests.com with your order number, proof of purchase, and photos/videos of the issue.

Our representatives will guide you through the process and help you get back to enjoying life with your pet as soon as possible.

Limitations

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred.

It covers Palnests products purchased directly from our official website or authorized retailers.
