WARRANTY POLICY

At PalNests, we design products to be practical, durable, and comfortable for real homes with pets. This warranty explains what is covered, how claims are handled, and where to go if you need help.

Warranty Coverage

Every eligible PalNests product is covered for defects in materials or workmanship under normal household use.

The current warranty periods are:

· 1-year limited warranty: standard version of the Stainless Steel Cat Litter Box, the 3-in-1 Modular Cardboard Cat Tree, and the Human Dog Bed

· 2-year limited warranty: deodorization version of the Stainless Steel Cat Litter Box and the Dual-Chamber Smart Cat Feeder

· No warranty for consumables: consumable products such as the Natural Cat Litter Deodorizer are not covered by warranty

How Claims Are Handled

We normally resolve warranty issues by sending replacement parts first whenever that is practical.

If the issue cannot be solved with replacement parts, we may arrange a full product replacement.

If the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, we will cover approved replacement shipping costs.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

· accidental damage or damage caused by misuse

· damage caused by improper assembly, improper cleaning, or use outside normal household conditions

· damage caused by unauthorized repair, modification, or disassembly

· cosmetic wear from normal use

· consumable items and normal depletion of consumables

How To Request Warranty Service

To start a warranty request, please email support@palnests.com with:

· your order number

· the product name

· a brief description of the issue

· photos or videos if relevant

Our team will review the issue and guide you through the next steps.
