Without a doubt the best cat feeder I’ve ever had. The set up was ridiculously easy, after scanning the QR code I had it up and running with set meal times and portion sizes in under 5 minutes.
The size is great, it’s tall and compact so it doesn’t take up too much floor space and the attached bowl is easy to clean and raised off the ground enough for my cats to eat comfortably.
Very light weight even when filled with food and sturdy. All the parts click into place without having to fight it or without breaking and the timer works like a charm. My cats eat their breakfast and dinner on time even when I’m not home and I can use the app to give them a snack through out the day if they are feeling extra hungry.

When I first unpacked this and went to assemble it, I was a little overwhelmed, thinking that it was complicated. I quickly found out that that’s not the case. The manual is put together really well, which is refreshing from a product that is made in China as sometimes those manuals are difficult to read. Putting it together is really pretty easy in terms of building the chamber by putting the legs on and putting a center divider in and of course, putting in the part that turns. And then assembling the holder and the food tray- which are separate.

One of the things that I wish this had would be a built-in Wi-Fi camera. It would be nice to be able to see the food dish to be sure that the product actually dispensed. So my wife has another automatic feeder from a different brand and it has a camera and she enjoys watching the feeder drop food for her feral cats and they get immediately really excited because now there’s more food. Not a big dealbreaker thought it would’ve been nice.

Overall, this is pretty nice product. We use it outside in a covered area where we have electricity obviously, and it would certainly work very well for our inside cats however we don’t have them on automatic feeders.

It was extremely easy to assemble and set up this dry food cat feeder. I've only used it plugged in so far, so I don't know how well it stretches out battery life. I love the way it divides food into two chambers so I can schedule treats for specific times and food for other times. I also appreciate the bowl being metal so it will be cleaner. The only thing I really wish is for it to have a microchip recognition so I could set it to slow dispense food when a specific cat is nearby

Really happy with this feeder so far! The dual chambers are super convenient. I use one side for regular dry food and the other for treats, which is honestly such a game changer. Setup was quick and the app connected easily to my WiFi (it works with both 2.4G and 5G). But it also has an option for batteries which I didn’t find quite as powerful as it being plugged in.
The app is simple to use and lets me schedule feedings, control portions, and even drop treats whenever I want, which is great when I’m not home. I also like that I can see when food is running low without opening it.
It looks nice, feels sturdy, and doesn’t take up a ton of space. Dispensing has been consistent with no issues, and my cat caught on to it pretty fast (and now waits by it haha).
Overall, this has made feeding way easier and less stressful. Definitely worth it if you want more control over meals and treats. The food stays fresh and I do think this is worth the price.

If you value portion control, consistency, and a clean, minimalist design, yes. If you just need a basic feeder, there are much cheaper options that get the job done.

Wow! this is a really great automatic cat feeder! Its really easy to put together and there are excellent instructions This cat feeder has two chambers for putting food in (treats in one side and biscuits in the other or however you want to do it). There is a divider that just slides down in the hopper - so if you want to use it only for one thing (for example biscuits) then you can just take the divider out) There is a metal feeding tray that goes into the plastic base, so its really easy to clean as you just slide the metal plate out to clean. This food dispenser is WiFi enabled so you can put the app on your phone and manage it from your phone! The feeder does need to be plugged into a wall outlet (theres an included charging cable) or have AA (x4) batteries installed (it does not come with the batteries). This also comes with a packet of desicant for keeping the food dry and fresh. Its colour changing so if it turns colours you will know its time to replace the food. This feeder isnt all that big (as in it doesnt take up alot of room) so you can put it in the corner somewhere and it wont be in the way. This is made of plastic (other than the feeding tray) so its very lightweight. It is going to save me alot of time and worry when I am not home for long periods of time, that my cats will get fed. I do find this a good value for the cost, purely from a worry standpoint and I would get another one to give as a gift to my daughter.

This feeder sucks. I went to change my cats meals. The app logged me out. It said I needed an account number to log back in. However I was never given an account number. So I message customer support. They asked for my order number. I told them I ordered on Amazon. They said they couldn’t do anything. So now my cat feeder is completely useless as it’s over feeding my cat and I can’t adjust anything. DO NOT BUY!

I have been more than patient throughout this process, but after months of delays and unfulfilled payment promises, I am extremely disappointed.

If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter and formally report my experience to Amazon and other relevant platforms.

I would prefer to resolve this professionally, so please process my payment as soon as possible.

Bought 2 feeders . All the time they go offline. Worst App I’ve ever seen created it works maybe 15%.

I’ve been using the PalNests Dual Chamber Automatic Cat Feeder (4L, Dual-Hopper with WiFi) for a while now, and overall it does exactly what I need it to do. Once it’s connected and scheduled through the app, it works like clockwork. The dual-hopper design is nice because it gives flexibility with dry food or treats, and the portion control feature lets you dial things in without guessing.

The biggest win? My cats absolutely love it. When it starts dispensing food, they both race to the bowl like it’s a daily game show event. They don’t have a clue how it works, but they’ve learned the sound and treat it like it’s the best moment of their day.

I also really appreciate the manual feed option through the app. If I notice the bowl is empty or they’re extra hungry, I can trigger a feeding instantly without getting up and measuring anything. That feature alone makes it feel worth the money.

Now for why this isn't a five-star review: the bowl size is too small. It doesn’t hold much once the food drops, and my cats finish it quickly. For a feeder that otherwise feels well thought out, the bowl should honestly be at least double the size. If they upgraded that one detail, I’d give it 5 stars without hesitation.

One other thing to watch is WiFi stability. The feeder dropped connection a couple of times. It reconnected, but since this device relies on internet connectivity, you’ll want to make sure your WiFi signal is strong and stable where you place it. No connection means no scheduled feeding, so it’s something to monitor.

Bottom line:
It works great, the scheduling is reliable, the cats love it, and it gives real peace of mind if you’re away for a day or two — as long as the food hoppers are filled and the WiFi stays connected. Fix the bowl size and this thing would be close to perfect.

I'm nuts about these cat feeders. It is a wonderful way to know pets are taken care of even if you are late, or distracted. Having two compartments is extra nice as you can give treats as well as food. So far it feels durable, though I wonder if having it so high could mean it could be tipped easier. Though I have to admit, I duct tape mine down. I love that you can use both battery and plug. Being able to control the feeding through the app is also great.

I combine this with a ring camera so I can watch and see who does what at the feeder. Having more than one of these with multiple cats would be advisable.

I got this as a gift for a friend with cats. He said it is easy to set up and use. He likes that it is pretty light, even full of kibble. He said the unit works well and has a large capacity for his one cat. The unit is very sturdy and if you have a cat, is a good value for your money.

Great for cat health and monitoring feed times. App was easy to set up and use, and the food capacity is enough for multiple cats to eat multiple days. Functions as it should and cleaning is a breeze. Highly recommended this feeder!

EDIT: The following review is from before a firmware update was released. I have updated the star rating from 2 to 4 stars. After the update, my feeder began working again. It dispensed food at the correct time. Later I used the manual feed button in the app, and this caused food to be dispensed as it should. Thank you for the update.

This automatic cat feeder connects to your Wi-fi and smartphone. The app was easy to find on the Google Play store and install on my S24 FE smartphone. The instructions are included in paper form and are available digitally in the app, and they are pretty clear about how to connect the feeder to your network. The app also allows you to control other home automation devices, but I didn't test this functionality because I don't have any.

The app allows you to set up a time to dispense food, in various quantities. There's a main time and a snack time. It keeps a log of the last several feeding times. There is also a manual feeding button in the app so you can tell it to feed your cat whenever you want to.

The feeder itself was not difficult to assemble. You simply have to follow the included instructions and look at them carefully.

My cat is normally quite shy about changes in her environment, but she was comfortable with the feeder after a couple of days.

Unfortunately, the cat feeder stopped working after one month. My cat ate almost all the food, so I refilled it, but it did not dispense food at the specified time. I attempted to use the manual button in the app, which popped up a little window saying feeding was successful. However, no food was dispensed. I tried to get the panel on the front to unlock, but the child protection lock wouldn't unlock, but the panel did light up.

I removed the food bucket. This made a big mess because the bottom was open. I guess I should have turned the whole unit upside down first. I didn't find any blockages but I still couldn't get the inside parts to turn.

Now I have an overengineered piece of e-waste. I would not say this device is a good value for its price because of its short lifetime.

I would suggest the manufacturer focus more on the quality of the internal workings of this feeder, and less on connecting it to the Internet and a home network. It would be ideal if it could be easily set up using the panel on the front of the device without the requirement of things like Wi-fi and a smartphone, using physical buttons or at least beep noises so that you know you pressed something and can expect the device to respond.

The dual chambers in this cat feeder make it a wonderful accessory. It was a little finicky to put together, but now it works great. The wi-fi feature is something you never knew you needed until you have it! It looks great, holds a lot of food, and is quiet so it doesn't irritate my noise-shy cat. If you don't need the dual compartments, you can just remove the divider.

When I got this feeder, it was priced at $100, which I thought was very expensive. The price has now dropped to $50, which is much more reasonable.

Not the easiest to put together. Its not noisy but my cats were first startled by the fact food just APPEARED. Holds quite a bit of food and treats. I have 6 cats so this has to be filled daily for them. Good Value except the instructions aren't easy to understand and like i said its not easy to just put together. Legs are separate and the one thing i noticed is that when it gets dirty from that cat food dust, It is harder to clean - So i took my force dryer and blew the cat food dust out - I like this as i am away alot - so i do leave food down but this is a great back up as well.

Great feeder for our dogs. Especially our 1 dog that's on a diet. Timed feeding, slow feeding, etc. Works great! Easy to clean and very durable.

I absolutely LOVE cat feeder! I frequently work late at night, so being able to feed my cat right from my phone is amazing! It was very easy to set up, and it’s very high quality. The feeder is stable and has a tank that’s big enough to hold quite a bit of food, without being too big. I love that it has two compartments and you can control how much of each to dispense. I keep normal food in one side and meal toppers in the other, so the option to choose portions from 1-10 on both sides makes it so versatile. You can also set a feeding schedule if you don’t want to go on the app to manually click the feed button every time. The functionality is phenomenal and more importantly, it’s reliable. I definitely think it’s worth the money, all things considered, especially if you aren’t always home when it’s feeding time. Overall, it’s convenient, high quality, stable, reliable, and easy to use! If I could rate it higher than 5 stars, I would!
