Effective odor control that actually keeps my office smelling fresh

This pet odor eliminator has been working really well in our Meowant automatic litter box. I placed one inside the lid where the litter clumps drop after each cleaning cycle, and it made a noticeable difference almost immediately. Since the litter box is located in my office where I spend a large portion of my day, keeping odors under control is extremely important, and this has helped a lot.I’ve had the first pad installed for a little over two weeks now and it’s still doing its job without any drop in effectiveness. The smell from the litter box is significantly reduced and doesn’t linger the way it used to. Installation was simple and the odor eliminator is pretty small so it can easily fit anywhere. I just peeled off the adhesive backing and stuck it in place, and it hasn’t moved since. The fact that this comes in a 3-pack makes it an even better value. With how long the first one has already lasted, I still have a few months worth of odor control left. So far, this has been an easy, effective solution for keeping pet smells under control, especially in a room where I’m working most of the day.

Easy to use .

I have three indoor cats , so of course I have several litter boxes. I do keep on extra in a spare room for emergencies as I have one cat that likes to hang out in there .That box is rarely used but when I does I get used, I don’t always notice right away .I placed this PalNests adhesive odor preventer in that enclosed box and sure enough …kitty decided to use it when I wasn’t paying attention! This odor preventer did keep the odor to a minimum. So that’s a good thing !This is an easy to use product with a very light scent . Sometimes litter scents are way to strong and leave a chemical odor . This product does not . This litter odor product comes with a sturdy holder to place the odor absorber in, then it’s just a matter of removing the patch covering the adhesive patch and sticking it on the back wall of the litter box cover. This does come with several refills so should last for a few months .It’s been in my litter box for two weeks and has stayed in place even with kitty digging around in the box.I am sure how well this would work for a multiple cats using a litter box, but for a one cat family , this would be great. .The cost is reasonable and it seems sturdy and works pretty good .Worth tryng !

Effective Odor Control—Even Without the Proper Base!

I recently picked up these PalNests Pet Odor Eliminator pouches, and while I had a bit of a learning curve during setup, the results have been fantastic. The SetupI actually ended up with three refills and no mounting base, which was a bit of a hurdle at first. However, I was able to make them work using a few command strips to secure them. If you find yourself in the same situation, don’t worry—they are easy to DIY! But I do highly recommend making sure you buy the one with the base if this is your first purchase. I will also add that there are no instructions at all with the refills so I am not completely sure if you are supposed to remove the grate or not.The Results• Quick Effectiveness: Even though I just set them up, after only one day, they already seem to be working very well.• Great Odor Containment: These have done a great job of containing odors, replacing that "litter box" smell with a pleasant, citrusy scent.• Durability: Both the pouches and my makeshift mounting setup have held up pretty well so far.Litter Box Compatibility• Litter Robot 3: These worked especially well with my Litter Robot. I placed a pouch inside the drawer near the carbon filter, and it hasn't messed with the calibration or weight sensors at all.• CatLink SE: Just a heads-up for CatLink owners—mounting them inside the lid can interfere with the rotation and sensors. I recommend sticking them to the outside of the unit instead.Bottom Line: Even if you start with just the refills, these are a solid investment for keeping a cat household smelling fresh. They are a little large which can make them hard to find a good place to mount.

great for my cat

These adhesive odor eliminators are a game-changer for keeping my litter box area fresh! The 3-pack provides great value, and each one sticks securely to my stainless-steel litter box without any issues. They do a fantastic job of neutralizing odors, even with multiple cats using the box daily. I love that they are easy to replace — just peel and stick — and they don’t leave any residue. The fresh scent lasts for quite a while, which means less frequent replacements. Overall, a simple yet effective solution to maintain a clean and odor-free space. Highly recommended for anyone with an automatic or stainless-steel litter box!

Helped with odor but not long enough for me

Unfortunately, I did not receive the version of this product that includes the case, but my cat’s litter box came with something similar, so I was able to make it work. When I first opened the scented insert, the fragrance was a bit strong for me. After about 30 minutes, it softened into a fresh scent that was more manageable, although I could not quite place it. The box lists persimmon, but it seems like there is something else contributing to the overall scent. My cat did not seem to notice it at all, which is good, as she did not try to investigate or get into it. About a day after installing it, the scent became much more tolerable for me, and I could tell it was doing its job. There was noticeably less ammonia odor, which I appreciated. While I clean my cat’s litter box several times a week and it rarely gets very bad, I still like it to be as close to undetectable as possible, especially for visitors who are not used to cats. This deodorizer helped with that, but only for a limited time. For me, the effect lasted about two weeks. At $22.99 for three refills, this is a bit on the pricey side. Since I would need about six refills to last three months, it is not the best value for me in the long term.

No stink!

I've had these about two weeks now. They are the perfect size for my litter robots poop tray (I have the model 3). I have had to replace the carbon filter in that tray several times in the last 5 years, and to be honest, it never did do a great job between emptying of keeping that tell tail cat urine smell contained. This item has a handy little plastic tray that sticks to a surface via pad. You then unwrap one of these chemical gel blocks and slide it on the plastic tray. Super easy. Once its on there, it evaporates slowly over time, and the chemicals in the gel do their job as they are released and bind to the ammonia chemicals in cat urine.I wasn't sure how effective it would be until I came home from work, and walking in the front door (I keep my litter robot there) I noted... no smell!! Not even a whiff. I think a contained tray like what I'm using it for is probably the ideal environment for such a product as it traps all that ammonia binding chemical in a box with the pee particles... but I suspect with the right placement in a regular litter box you would see similar results. It seems the chemistry is accurate. You can't put a price on a clean smelling house, but I'd say these are a fair value for what you get. The pack will last six months, which is a fairly long time to not have to worry about any embarrassing odors. I will definitely be stocking up on these!

Good for light odor, but not heavy.

I have two cats and two litter boxes. I put one of these near each box to see if the smell of my home improved. There is a gel inside that I hope absorbs odors. My sense of smell might be off, as I didn’t smell any scent on these fresheners at all. My goal tho would be for them to absorb the smell so putting off a separate smell isn’t really necessary. The litter box that my cats tend to use less seems to have no odor after a couple of days of getting this odor eliminator, while my more busy litter box has had no change in odor. It still smells pretty bad near that one.My overall impression is that it does help with minor odors, but not overpowering ones.

Smells nice, Different than others on the market

I've used a robot litter box for almost five years, which I love, but there are times when odor from the contents of the waste storage bin will overpower the room. That manufacturer makes their own stick in "neutralizer" but it's always had a fake scent that would give me a mild headache. I was hesitant to try this PalNests Pet Odor Eliminator because so many of them are just too strong for my sensitive nose, I always wonder how my pets would react. Surprisingly, these are rather mild, not overpowering at all, and have not disappointed in their initial week in the litter box. There was some confusion on my part, and I needed to come back and read the description again. These are essentially "refill" filters that fit in another item they sell -or- you can just toss in your bin depending on your needs. Since my robot uses a liner and has a smaller storage spot near the front where its manufacturer would use a magnetic version, I just placed it there. A traditional litter box with cover that has a filter on top likely will be able to fit it there. Honestly, you can place it nearby and it would probably get the job done. The scent palette is interesting, given the description reads "tropical fruits, rich floral fragrance, amber fragrance" but they don't say what those are. Well, according to the main ingredients there's only one: Persimmon Extract. There might be more, but they aren't listed if so.These things are just subtle enough but still so nice that I want to place one in my car.For anyone that needs to know: Made in Zhuhai, China
